Alice leaves for Spain

This morning we drove to Mondello north of Palermo for a quick look and coffee then onto Palermo. The best thing about today was finding a place to park the car. I have never seen traffic and chaos like it. We did a quick lap around and visited most of the sights. Had a Arancini (which means 'little oranges' in Italian) which are deep fried balls of risotto stuffed with ragu, peas, or ham and cheese. I had the meat and Alice had the spinach.... After lunch it was time to drop the visitors back to the airport.
