Syracuse & Ortigia 6th March

Today got the train from Catania to Syracuse. There was a nutter on the train that wanted to fight everyone. On arrival I walked about 20 minutes to my AirBnb on the island of Ortigia, which is quite stunning. The apartment is in a street about 1m wide and right in the old part of town. Wandered around for the day - did some washing and had a meal in a restaurant about 15m from my front door. The meal was grouper ravioli with a scampi cream sauce - best meal of the tip so far!
